GLP funding is available to state-funded schools in England offering Key Stage 2 and 3 provision. This funding can only be accessed by schools registered on the programme. A wide range of CPD is available to support Partner Schools in developing their global learning – from inset days to workshops to online training. The courses are listed on the CPD calendar to help schools find the course that best meets their requirements.

The GLP is funded by the UK government. All schools can join the programme, but funding is only available to Key Stages 2 and 3 in state schools in England. The GLP in England (GLP-E) is managed by a consortium of partners: Pearson (lead), Geographical Association, UCL Institute of Education, Oxfam UK, Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), SSAT and Think Global.
