March is Women’s History Month, with International Women's Day taking place on 8 March.
The Global Learning Programme (GLP) has created this FREE resource to help your pupils celebrate the progress made by women around the world, and to remember that there is still work to be done.
It supports the teaching of literacy, science and history, and helps teachers wishing to develop their pupils’ knowledge of interdependence and equality, while encouraging them to consider the concepts of fairness, agency, rights, respect and social justice, and how individuals can make a difference.
Log in to your free GLP account to access this resource.
If your school isn't one of the 6,000+ schools in England already registered for the GLP, simply register free for the GLP to download this and even more resources. You'll also get access to free training, subject and curriculum guidance, support from a local school-led network and up to £500-worth of funding* for use on a range of CPD courses.
Please note only schools in England can register for this free resource. Schools in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland can register for free resources via their respective programmes here.
