Extra e-credits available - are you eligible?

If you've been part of a GLP network and have attended GLP-approved CPD with your e-credits, we would like to help you progress further with your global learning journey. To help you do this, we're offering you the opportunity to receive additional funding of up to £500-worth of extra e-credits* to spend on even more GLP-approved CPD!

How to get this extra funding 

If you feel you can meet these criteria, please email glp@pearson.com to bid for this extra funding. Courses must be booked by 29 March 2018 and attended by 1 June 2018. All requests will be considered based on the criteria stated above, and funding will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

You can use these extra e-credits to attend any of the courses advertised on the CPD Calendar. Some of the most popular courses taken so far by GLP schools include P4C and the Global Teacher Award, as well as courses on ‘British values’ and human rights.

* Up to £500-worth of additional e-credits can be used on any GLP-approved CPD that takes place before 1 June 2018. To be eligible, the school's Whole School Audit must be completed again and course(s) must be booked by 29 March 2018. Please note, the decisions of the GLP in awarding this funding are final, and this offer may be withdrawn at any time. The GLP is funded by the UK government. All schools can join the programme, but funding is only available to Key Stages 2 and 3 in state schools in England. The GLP in England (GLP-E) is managed by a consortium of partners: Pearson (lead), Geographical Association, UCL Institute of Education, Oxfam UK, Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), SSAT and Think Global.
