The FIFA World CupTM takes place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July. The Global Learning Programme (GLP) is providing this free resource to support schools that want to celebrate the tournament with their pupils, and at the same time help them think critically about issues of fairness and inequality.
Providing ten cross-curricular teaching ideas for use in the classroom with 8 to 14 year olds, this short resource will help pupils understand interdependence, make connections, and develop their enquiry and critical thinking skills, with opportunities to consider their own and other people's values.
