GLP schools can now access a range of excellent resources developed by teachers from GLP schools by logging in and selecting the ‘For teachers, by teachers’ option from the ‘My GLP’ area. If you don’t have a GLP Login, you can create one simply by registering for the GLP.
A selection of exemplar resources can be found here.
As part of the GLP’s ‘by schools, for schools’ model, we like to encourage teachers to share good practice and learning with teaching colleagues across the GLP network.
Many of you will have already produced your own resources for global topics that have been tried and tested and work really well in the classroom. We’d love to enhance the bank of GLP-approved resources already available by making your materials available on the GLP website.
To share your resources onto the GLP website, we first need to check that they meet the broad aims of the GLP, such as helping young people gain a critical understanding of global poverty and development. A set of criteria has been provided to help you ensure that your resources are suitable, or to help you develop new resources from global learning activities you’ve previously carried out in class.
Once your submissions have been received, they will be reviewed and, where necessary, edited. If deemed suitable for publication, they will be uploaded to the GLP website for GLP schools to access via the ‘My GLP’ area.
